Masquerade

Hey You Guys!!!
Okay so this last Friday we had another school dance. This time it was a mystery date dance. So there was no pressure in the area of getting a date. Yay. Okay well anyway it was a very fun dance. So this is how it was set up. Previous to the dance we filled out a survey about a couple of thing. Mrs. Townsend (our science teacher) matched us up with people with similar answers. (Just a side note, me and my match had about 8 out of 10 of the same answers, so we were very well matched.) Anyway the sophomores also made pairs of matching masks for the dance. So then the day of the dance came. It began at 7, got there early though to help set up. At 7 we started dancing. It was awesome. Then at 8 we went to get our masks. They were in paper bags so after a countdown we opened our bags and went to go find our partner. My partner was Alix, our french foreign exchange student. Then we had some a small scavenger hunt and a little race, both activities to have some bonding time. Then we had a dance with them. It was actually really cool to get to know Alix a little better, she is a really cool person. Anyway after that we continued dancing until about 10. Then helped take down and clean up. Over it was a really cool night. Awesome. Afterwards my legs and feet we killing me, big time. Because believe it or not, when you get out of your comfort zone and dance ALL NIGHT your legs start to burn. At least that is was I found out on Friday. Anyway fun night, danced with some fun, cute girls, overall it was a fantastic dance.
As for the rest of my week it was gone, just finishing up some things before the holiday season starts. Look forward to talking to you guys soon,
